More pronounced targets?

I'm using the 4e_JPG rule set, and I wanted to make the highlighting of tokens when you are targeting them, and also when it is their turn, more pronounced. As it is, it can be hard to tell wich one is highlighted. Is this something that can easily be altered?

I don't really know anything about XML and LUA, however I have programmed before. Would this be an easy variable to change in one of the files?

Normally there are just png files that control these masks, but it appears there are none available for this particular function.

As of now I don't believe they can be changed.
