Lost rulesets

I purchased the Savage Worlds ruleset, and was wondering how I go about redownloading it? I tried the link in the email and all it tells me is "Not Permitted".

Any ideas?

I think if you send Digital Adventures an email with the original purchase email address (or details of such), they should send you another link. I think you only get 10 days or so to download DA stuff.
