Double use encounter powers (4ED)

Is there a way on the 4ED ruleset to make the leader's healer powers double use. I can see how to do it for dailys and utilities via the preparation panel but can't see how to do it for encounter powers.

Tick the "Encounter Sp." under the show section of the power page. Add the power to this list. Switch to preparation mode and set the uses as needed.

I think the Encounter Special is the best way but if you don't want to use it for some reason you can also always put in Inspiring or Healing Word twice in the encounter powers list.
