Fantasy Grounds 1

Hi all, I have not used Fantasy grounds for some time now. I am thinking of starting up a game and I have an older version of FG, about 4 years old. I came back to update my software and see that there is a FG2 out now. I purchased the full version (I think it was the GM version).

My question is if I wish to run games now do i have to pay for a new version of the FG2 or will I be able to upgrade it?

BTW I did do a search on the forms about this but could not find anything.

Yes, people who legitimately purchased Fantasy Grounds I, are able to upgrade to Fantasy Grounds II without issue (from what I understand.)

The license for FG1 should work for FGII also. The only issue I remember from the change over was if the license key for FG1 had been entered without the minus signs between the various key parts.
