Help with extension for pathfinder

ok, so what i am trying to do is some sort of script that would

check to see if the check mark for class skill is checked
and if so get value of skill "total"
then
and add 3 to that number
if not end

also i was wondering if someone could help on some code for 0 level spells
so that when they are cast the use is reset to 0 (like they are cast at will)

am using d20_jpg and trying to create an extension

and i am having no luck with the code to do it.
i suck at writing code and will not be able to do this alone.

Any Help on this would be great
