I was just curious if the FG2 Trial program is enough to play in any small dungeon delve type games? I'd like to play in a short, one night game before deciding whether or not to actually purchase FG2.
Thanks in advance!

Yes it is, in fact there is already a short bit of adventure provided with the demo (not nearly enough for a whole evening though). I think you can create a whole adventure with the demo, but I don't think you can save it, so you'd have to leave the program running (or you could set up most of the adventure in a word document and cut-n-paste as you went along).
Also, the demo only connects to other players using the demo (not the regular version), up to 2 players and one host can connect to eachother this way.

My experience is different from zabulus' in I've run demo trials with short dungeons. A small delve is easy to run if you run a d20 game. The monsters are all available and you'll either have to use one of the demo maps or draw your own. Because nothing is saved in the demo the most time consumpting part is getting character's input so its best to use 1st level characters.
I think a night's run will give you a good start on whether FG is going to work for you or at least give you a list of questions that will help you to decide. I'd grab an old 1st level dungeon (like Dark and Stormy Knight or The Burning Plague) off Wizard's site and print out next to the keyboard. Do some pregen characters ahead of time and distribute them to your two players. Then just have them enter the bare amount into FG - Character Name, Stats, HP, AC, and Weapons. Run the first few encounters. I strongly recomment voice software for doing a demo this way because esentually you can't prepare anything in FG so you want to do the read aloud text and guide combat with voice chat.
The last time I did something like this I just ran a few Kobolds, then some Goblins, in a cave complex modeled after the caves in B2.
