You control which effects are available for players to use in your campaign.
Open the campaign effects list using the shortcut on the tabletop.
Drag the desired effect.
Drop the effect on the combat tracker entry (or associated map token) to apply that effect to that target.

Open the campaign effects list using the shortcut on the tabletop.
Double-click the desired effect.
The effect will be applied to the active character, if any.
Adding a campaign effect
Open the campaign effects list using the shortcut on the tabletop.
Right-click on the campaign effect list.
Select the "Create Item" menu option.
Enter the name and expiration of the new effect. If the effect has a "Save" expiration value, enter any modifier as well.
Select the visibility of the new effect using the Visibility toggle button. By default, new campaign effects are visible to GM and players.
Select the application mode of the new effect using the Application toggle button. By default, new campaign effects are applied to all rolls. The button can also be set to apply Once (expires as soon as any effect component used) or Single (each effect component can be used once).

Click on the name field of an existing effect.
Press the Enter key.
Enter the name and expiration of the new effect. If the effect has a "Save" expiration value, enter any modifier as well.

Removing a campaign effect
Open the campaign effects list using the shortcut on the tabletop.
Right-click on the campaign effect you want to remove.
Select the "Delete Item" menu option.
