What is your favourite regional Map?
Other posts on this board got me wondering how to finish physical maps with pretty greenery and really nice bits and bobs.
This is a small picture of a large map. Its meant to be the primary planning scale. The pale blue is sweet water the dark is salt. If its whiter its higher. (I think this has too many lakes but thats the breaks)
My question is: What do people think are the prettiest maps, at this sort of scale? I'm looking for inspiration to add some green and cities etc....
The map was done in Photoshop CS2.
