Flashing Light is causing door to flash.

Flashing light causes door to flash on and off and can be seen by tokens on both sides of the door. This map is from SF Dead Suns AP5.

That's expected behavior at this point. Lights are not blocked by doors (or else doors would always be black).

Why would changing the color of doors to black be undesirable solution to flashing/blinking doors?

Because you then wouldn't be able to see the doors?
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

Here is how to stop a normal door from blinking or flashing caused by a light

If you want a flashing light in a room but don't want the door to the room to flash like a beacon alerting the PCs that there might be something cool behind the door. You can put a Secret door between the flashing light and the Normal door. When the PC do open the normal door then the GM can open the Secret door to allow the Light and the PCs to travel out of and into the room.
