One player not seeing portrait/maps/tokens

I run a 4e campaign with several players. Two other players run separate 4e campaigns. We have a player who plays in all three games. He gets tokens/map/portraits just fine from the other two when they host. He gets no images from me when I host, but all of the other players are getting my tokens/maps etc. He has reinstalled and no change. Suggestions?

try zipping up your campaign cache file and get it to him by ftp or other means?

I'll try that. Any idea why his client would not be getting the data automatically?

You could also try asking your player to connect under a different Player name.

im only guessing but maybe there is some minor corruption of that game cache on his system?

I would try DrZ's suggestion of a different user name first. Then, try deleting the cache for that campaign, and re-downloading.
