i downloaded a token pack that was free from a post in the forums now my questions is how do i attached them to fg i have them in the computer but when i open Fg i can't use them. Is it because i have Lite and need Full?

Yes, in a sense. The Full Version let's you do various things like put tokens on maps and the like. With the Lite Version the only time you can use a token is when you are connected to a GM, and you can then manipulate whatever tokens he puts on the map (provided they are not locked) or add any tokens in the "shared" folder of the GM's machine.
