Can't get Fantasy Grounds to connect

Hi, I just got Fantasy Grounds, and I'm having a problem with connecting. I've forwarded port 1802, but the connection test keeps failing. I've also checked canyouseeme.org, and it can't see the port. I'm running it through a sophos physical firewall, and I'm wondering if that could be the problem. Does anyone know if that could be it and how to fix it?

    It could be.

Basically you need to allow connections from the public internet to your hosting computer on Port 1802. This means that any firewalls (hardware and software) between your PC and the net need to allow incoming TCP connections on port 1802.

Other things that can block these incoming connection include your security/anti-virus software, if your network connection is "Public" then Windows will block it.

Their is a connection guide in the FAQs, have you gone through that? Once you have, it you are still having problems, post the results of a "tracert 8.8.8.8" command back here and we can help you walk through other options.
