just wandering if it is possible to code Healer's Blessing (Clerics Class Ability)?

Depends. If I am reading the ability correctly, it is just turns heals into empowered heals at level 6 but those heals do not effect undead. Just simply toggle the metamagic field on the cure spells to empowered and that should take care of your issues. Granted, you should create a damage spell action if you are targeting undead with cure spells and modify your cast action to deal half damage on a successful will save.
