If it is before Jan 2018 then no. The are only allowed for UA stuff after that.

Nickademus used to maintain a module file of all the old Unearthed Arcana content in the past. WotC has since stepped in and said no (as far as I am aware)

Goodluck, outside of that it is SUPER easy to create a single class and transcribe the unearthed arcana ranger into Fantasygrounds yourself
