Client connection problems
Hello everybody,
I have a friend that can not connect to Fantasy Grounds. We have proved with two different servers and nothing (he is the only one that cannot connect). We have checked the FG version, the firewall configuration (and disabling it), running FG as administrator, ... nothing works. Even he can create a server (I can connect to his server but he cannot connect to mine). Does anyone have any idea?
Thank you in advance.

Is he running Malwarebytes? Have you checked his anti-virus? Are there parental controls enabled on his router?

Check in his router setup and delete any Port Filters

Thanks for your responses. We disabled the anti-virus and the firewall, so, aparently, they are not the problem, and he doesn't have Malwarebytes. I will check the parental control and the port filters in the router.
