Extensions? The vast majority of script errors are caused by out of date/incompatible extensions.

Look at all those that aren't decals. Disable them to see if the problem goes away and if it does then one of the extensions is the issue. Check the relevant threads for each extension to see if there is an update.
I would also advise against using so many decal extensions. That is increasing the load on your player's memory and download times. You’ve got a few loaded there. Go through removing them one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the issue.
