I go with Moon on this, if the install/update is stopping part way through, this is usually one of those things (a/v, firewall, modem, router) engaging in Flood protection. Trying to reinstall or deleting things and running updates will just set you farther back, so unless they are partial files, don't delete them.
Usually flood protection will reset itself after a given amount of time, 10 - 30 minutes and you will be able to download a bit more. But, you want to solve that issue rather than work around it.
Do you have a router or just a modem? Have you logged into both of them and checked?

Thank you very much. Now i restarted my PC a second time and now, it works. I dont know why now, but i don't care, it works.
