Question about the Sci-fi Skin for Savage Worlds

If you a GM gets the Sci-fi Skin for Savage Worlds and selects it is that the skin that the players see when they join the campaign or do they need to purchase it also?

Players always inherit the GMs skin and any other extensions/options that the GM sets.
