Custom Effects Where?

Hi, I cant seem to find all the syntax for custom effects for Starfinder in the wiki. Can someone direct me to where I might find all of them ? for right now I would like to find them for "Saves"

The 3.5 works well

For EAC use the target touch : melee touch is a melee attack on EAC

Once I get back from vacation, I am planning on diving into the rule set and building an effects module for Starfinder like I did for Pathfinder. Hopefully that will be of some assistance or we could pool out work.
