    Map Measurement

I'm just suggesting something I found interesting for any Rule Set, but now the question is:
    It would be possible?
Insert CoreRPG into the following function, I say CoreRPG, as I believe it is the basis for the other Rule Sets.
A function that has in the GURPS Rule Set that allows me to select the distance measure of each map.
Let's say if I'm on a continent map I can say that each Hex or Square measures X miles, while on a combat map I can say that each square measures Y feet.
