Quick question regarding monsters and modules

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I was wondering if there are any rules regarding monsters used from the monster manual in the development of a module for sale. I believe the SRD monsters can be used but, as an example, could I use the statistics block for a Ghast without the token and without violating any copyrights. Thanks for your time. I was hoping to find the answer searching the forums but to no avail.

If you sell on DMs Guild then you have more freedom to use WoTC assets.

Otherwise, follow the OGL and the SRD and most art is not available without specific permission of the artist (owner).

If you are not selling on DMsguild and you are selling stuff for FG you will need to contact SmiteWorks and work out a licensing agreement direct with them too.
