Issue with CoS - REGEN and radiant damage not working

I'm attacking Strahd with Sacred Flame, which does Radiant damage. On Strahd's sheet is the effect REGEN: 20 radiant. When I drag and drop the damage over to him, I get this message

[DAMAGE] Sacred Flame [TYPE: radiant (1d8=8)]
Effect ['REGEN: 20 radiant'] -> [DISABLED] [on Strahd von Zarovich]
Damage [8] -> [to Strahd von Zarovich]

And his REGEN effect turns from ON to SKP. Everything seems OK to this point.

When I come back around to Strahd, he heals 20 hit points and his effect still stays at SKP

Now if I manually turn the effect from SKP to OFF it works, so it seems there is something wrong with the SKP condition.
