Hey Daedalus I know this isnt what you want but running a new campaign for a totally new group is all but guaranteed to have at least one no show.
If you get your three players show then build the story around them and newcomers will have to be worked in later...

I have four players and only two could make it. I really want all 4 players for the first game, and then going forward I can continue if not everyone can make it
