UA PC Revenant regeneration?

Is there a way to set up regeneration effect for a PC that automatically kicks in at half hit points or lower as per the UA Revenant? I know I can manually toggle a regen: 1 effect on and off, but I'd prefer not to have to keep track.

I’m not at my machine, but you may be able to use:
IF: Bloodied; REGEN: 1

That was it sir! While the regen stops when the PC is at 0 hit points, I can certainly work around that. Thank you.
