Running face-to-face, how do I just apply damage during an encounter

I'm using FG as an aid during face-to-face games and the player are rolling their attack using regular dice.

I want to apply damage to NPCs, but I can't see a way to do this other than just re typing their hit points.

Is there a way to just apply arbitrary damage to something during an encounter using the combat tracker?
