August 17th, 2017, 00:03 #3I believe Doug has mentioned that they (SW) do not have the resources (i.e. developers) to take on any more projects right now. Though if a community developer wants to step up, he's always willing to help facilitate licensing.

It will be interesting to see whether there will be an electronic license provided for this. Star Wars: Edge of the Empire, Age of Rebellion and Force & Destiny can't be officially reproduced in any electronic form - PDF, VTT ruleset, character generator, etc. due to the archaic Lucas Arts license from the 80's where anything Star Wars on a computer was a computer game and required an different license from Star Wars stuff provided in books.
I'm guessing it will be the same with this special release - so we'll be limited to a community ruleset, with only base game mechanics (i.e. no descriptive stuff), like we are for the Edge of the Empire ruleset.Private Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages.
