Looking for DMs for a D&D 5e West Marches campaign

We are looking for DMs for our West Marches Style Campaign. If you're not familiar with it check out this video that explains it ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGAC...youtu.be&t=131) We are using Fantasy Grounds (Ultimate license required) for the Virtual Table Top and Discord for Chat/Voice. We track Character progression such currency to buy magical items, downtime and leveling by the hour. The game times vary but are usually once a week: Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. But it is determined by the DMs and influenced by player interest. I am extremely interested in this campaign style! We are a group of 5 and started a campaign some 3 months ago. A lot of the concepts you speak of are ones I was trying to use, now I have a name for them!
I am going to use the links and start studying.

With that many players, you can't get any of them to try to take up the mantle? I mean with 30 players surely there can be some load sharing rather than trying to recruit more load bearers.

We have had quite a few step up, but other DMs have become inactive. Besides the more the merrier!
