Occupation STR/DEX skill points?

Hello everyone!

I'm currently playing around to generate my first scenario with the CoC 7th edition ruleset and I can't seem to understand something about Occupation Skill Points.

Why is there the possibility to have Skill Points based on STR/DEX? (see attachment)
I thought Occupation Skill Points were determined only by EDU.

While many Occupation skills are based on EDU, many of them take other characteristics into account.

For example, does it really make sense for a Boxer/Wrestler to only rely on EDU?

Nope, that's why it's (EDU x 2) + (STR x 2)
