Thread: Map scales

    Map scales

I do not know if it is possible or if it has already been suggested the option to change the scales in the maps, just as it had in the old version of ruleset.
    Reason:
The hexes in combat usually count 1 in 1 (usually the measure is meters)
However on maps of "continents" the various scale and usually their measurement is made in kilometers.

I asked this question in post #209, https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...Ruleset/page21

Answer: Ronnke is going to enable this through a CoreRPG extension.

Indeed it was a very interesting feature, allowing to switch to "room maps" (yard scale) to overland area maps (miles, for instance).

No, however, that extension performs a similar function. The version in the ruleset includes the GURPS Range modifiers.

If he did he knew before I had started on it and should buy a lotto ticket! I dunno anything about Gurps but hopefully you guys can make use of it. It's nice to have a regional map now and measure out how many miles it is.
