Can a indent/list item successfully be added within a list '#li;' item?

I'm not terrible sure what you mean.

You can output a list of things; the markup is:

#ls; - start of list
#li; - items in list
#li; - item in list
#le; - end of list.

I meant a secondary indented list within a particular #li; entry.

No I don't think you can do that. You can't nest such things in FG so even if par5e allowed it it wouldn't show anyway.
