We could use Fantasy Grounds Calendar - I'm constantly forgetting when we have down time and for how long.

I agree, we should use a calendar accessible to everyone. If FG has one = perfect!

This is the Fantasy Grounds Calendar for our campaign: Lost Mines in Rolemaster

At the top right, we can click yes or no if we're available that night or the GM can suggest a different night if not enough players are available. I've already put in next week's date as I'm pretty sure there wasn't a game tonight (but I can't remember whether we were going 2 weeks without but someone can suggest the following Thursday if that's the case).

Hmm, perhaps the GM needs to add you to the group on the site before you can see it?
