Spells that just "happen"
So last night, my wife casts "Spare the Dying" on my son's Ranger because he had been dropped by a goblin (don't ask, crappy rolls on his part, good ones on mine, etc.). Everything is cool except, on his next turn his death save comes rolling out.
How does one tell FG that a character is stable when the spell cast really doesn't have a mechanical effect on the CT? I don't have FG in front of me and didn't think of this last night, but is there an effect to cover "stable"?
Thanks!Ultimate License Holder

I just checked. There is an effect for "stable." I haven't used FG to track conditions yet, but it is there.
