    Ordered license , email problem

    I ordered a license key last night,
    unfortunately the email addy i used for paypal was mispelled. ( missing 3 characters)
    The paypal is now correct.
    But i wasnt sure if i needed to contact someone here , in case the key was sent to the typo'd address.

    I gotta give FantasyGrounds Support some huge props!

    I ordered and screwed up the email addy , anyway long story short ,

    The fixed it for me on Thanksgiving Day! And they were super quick about the reply and getting my own mistake fixed for me!

    Thats what i call exceeding expectations and absolutely some of the best customer service ive ever seen.

    I was .... going to just subscribe to the monthly player/dm license , so i could check things out for a month and see what everything was like.

    But now , i believe i will go all in for the lifetime ultimate license, because with that kind of support from the team.... why wouldnt I !

    Thanks Draca, we're glad we could assist you in time. I'm not always able to get to everything right away, but we try to keep looped into email as much as possible.
