13th Age rule set released (Beta)

This is great news :-)

If the full breadth of the system is being released as a single ruleset, ie first core rulebook and 13 True Ways, then this is exciting. I hope this means that there will be ongoing support for all of the expanded material as well.

Dumb questions since I am new to FG:
1) Will this be the full 13th age rules with bestiary and book of loot? Or just the SRD materials?
2) Will 13th age then be one of the "Officially Licensed Systems" in FG?

Nope, not dumb questions, legitimate ones for newbies and veterans alike.

1) It'll be more than just the SRDs, but it won't be absolutely everything at once - not unless people are prepared to wait a really, really long time. At this stage the plan is it'll be the Ruleset and one or two of the core books - basically enough for people completely new to 13th Age to pick it up and play. The rest of it will (probably) follow along later (so get in there and support us by buying the stuff so we can continue to produce more)

2) That's up to SmiteWorks - the stuff we're doping is licensed (which is why its more than just the SRDs) so I suppose it'll be one of FG's "Officially Systems" - let's wait and see how much interest there is (ie 'sales')

We're working on it, but we're only part-time (at best) so it'll be a while yet - I know people are anxious (desperate?) but its gonna take as long as it takes - unless you'd like it broken on release, of course
