Can't Install Masks of Nyarlathotep

I bought the Masks of Nyarlathotep campaign, but I can't get it to show up in FG. My Call of Cthulhu module shows up just fine, and I'm installed the Masks of Nyarlathotep the same way.

I'm on a Mac, using Crossover Games. I select 'Other', the installer, and then the FG bottle.

Any ideas?

Ah, I have to create a CoC campaign and then in that, include the module in the 'books' section. That was about 99.9% unclear.
