How do I display the right button menu on a Mac version?

If you are using CrossOver, the Control-Click doesn't work by default, so I just enable the "Secondary click" in System Preferences -> Mouse -> Point & Click -> Secondary Click. I'm using a Magic Mouse, if that matters. Also, you can go into the CrossOver Preferences -> Keyboard and Mouse and "Enable keyboard modifiers for mouse buttons" will enable Control-Click . Hope that helps!
