Hey Ronnke, I think I found a bug. As per the title, SEC and +SEC don't seem to work at all on the last actor (lowest speed) on the combat tracker. Other actors work correctly. Sure enough, adding a new actor with a lower speed than the previously last actor (or changing it's speed so it's no longer the last on the list) enables effects to work correctly on the latter (and not work on the former).
