B&B Steel Edition

There was some earlier discussion that those of us who already had the Golden Edition for Beasts and Barbarians would get a free upgrade to Steel Edition. Then somewhere along the way it changed to a discount. I was also a backer for the Steel print copy. Anyone know how us fans can upgrade without paying full cost?
