In Savage Worlds dragging NPC to CT can create blank entry that can't be removed

Was reported in lab but was asked to move it here for allow bookmarking. It will also give other people a chance to investigate impact.

1. Create a new campign
2. Drag a NPC to CT
3. Drag another an drop on the first

Expected behaviour: If you hit the action card box. You get two monsters on the same action card which is the expected behaviour.

Error: If you miss the box. You get a blank entry that will cause the CT to break. The blank entry cannot be removed. Unless CT is closed and reopened.

Impact turns out to fairly low. It is graphics glitch only and closing the CT and reopening should solve the issue. Without any adverse effect on CT. In theory.
